Follow-up from last meeting:
Continuation on the Vacor/Unzel story:
Unzel’s Follow-up: Final Draft - 75% Complete!
Vacor’s Follow-up: FInal Draft - 50% Complete!
Matthew continues this quest, with help from Oskar. We’ll include it in this release, before the alpha. Probably this week.
Design outline:
TODO: Publish it!
Also add some text about whether the storyline is completed, to answer the question of whether new content might conflict with the general storyline.
Maybe also ideas of other quests that can be added.
Quest-making tutorial:
TODO: Oskar still needs to get pictures, Scott still needs to do the write up.
Major quest for Remgard:
Done! *sigh of relief*
Critical effects:
Initial implementation done.
Are the skill requirements too low? - let’s keep them this way and playtest it.
Skill descriptions ok? - yes
Discussion about the naming of the skills:
Current Names: “Enervation” / ”Attenuation”
Proposed Names: “Internal bleeding” / “Shattering bones”
Maybe use the name “splintering”?

Completed since last meeting:
Journal in BWM cabin.
Made it more apparent that "dark blessing" cannot be upgraded.
Future quest text in the larval burrower cavern (thanks ctnbeh13!)
Changed colors of “mountain brute” (thanks ctnbeh13!)
Major quest in Remgard.
Placed all new NPCs in Remgard (with simple conversations).
Placed 5 unique monsters that drop Oegyth crystals.
Critical effects, enervation and attenuation.
Quantity of items displayed on quickslots.
Fixed bugs of double monster attack or attack sticking when entering inventory.
Things currently being worked on:
More high level skills.
Would like some high-level skill for those that do not focus on critical builds, in addition to the critical skills enervation and attenuation.
Something that enhances builds with high block?
Something that enhances builds with high DR?
TODO: Someone could help with this: Ideas for other defensive skills, such as (all DR skills & 1 level of all resistance skills).
Also, we have the option of introducing the skill with a quest, instead of just leveling up.
Mini-Meeting next week:
Will have a mini meeting next week addressing only:
Completion of the Vacor/Unzel quest continuation.
Completion of the "About" section.
Summarize changes from v0.6.10 to v0.6.11.

Discussion of some forum threads/posts that people have found interesting, or want clarification on, or maybe a question answered.

We will not lower the points you get on level up for AD. re: Topic

Stackable effects “Insect contagion” and “Blistering skin”:
Make it non-stackable, but increase the magnitude to 7 for the hardest monsters (will total at -70ac and -7 AD when unlucky). re: N/A brought up during meeting.
What should we have ready for the next regular meeting?
Alpha1
We should be on track to go alpha1 of v0.6.11 by the next regularly scheduled meeting.
One additional minor quest in Remgard, that ties together some parts of the world.
Balancing of the new critical hit skills should be ready before we release alpha.

Achievements:
TODO: Add a forum post to gather ideas for what achievements we could add in the future.
In the future, we could also add a “museum” in every city, where you can display the legendary items that you collect - would also give some use for the extra few items that you collect while grinding.
Low Priority - Maybe some more coding to make the savegames smaller.
How do people like this new format to the post?
v0.8.12.1 ("Towards Feygard" or "Of kobolds, fae, witch and troll", including bugfix) released to Google Play!

I like the new format to the meeting report post.
I think bones "splinter" more than "shatter".

The new format is great, perfectly comprehensive.
Lady Black is correct about bones splintering...but I prefer to shatter the mobs' bones (if they have any)!
