Unable to complete Kazul Shrine

So I messed up on prim and blackwater, now I can't side with either, which means I cannpt do the kazual shrine, is there a way to fix this, without makimg a new build?

This isn't a bug, its simply a choice you made... There is no way to fix it.

This isn't a bug. You will not be able to complete all quests using one charcter, but down the line this could work in your favor. You never know. :)

Welcome. I had the same happen to one of my characters, there's no fix as far as I know. I thought it was a bug too.
