This is a common error, because there are two words that sound the same. A "witch" is a woman who works magic. Folklore has many witches, usually old, ugly, and evil. The word you want is "which", which you have been using very well except for spelling it as the other word.

Hmm, Coffee is rich in active substances of diuretic efeckt as well as some of the herb-teas. Thats the real reason why coffee is served with water.

The world is already gone for quite long time in the wrong direction. There are too many sad things ewerywhere....
