The Shadow of the slayer is a boss drop item, which means you can only get it once. So even though the boss drops are labeled as "Extraordinary", a better term for them would be "Unique" because its one-time only since boss monsters don't respawn.

So make sure you hold on to that, the +1 HP per kill is pretty helpful, and the critical chance doesn't hurt either.

Not going by the counter-items, which one felt like it took the longest?

For me, it was probably the ShaF, since there's only 3 of those Izthiel Guardians and they take a while to respawn. I had to just make it part of my Iqhan cave grind-fest to wander out to the bridges so I didn't get too bored.

I literally felt that shaf was the longest.
I had lost hope that i would ever get it lol
then i used another SP in MF(in total 2) still it didnt drop.
So I didnt see my inventory for days lol

atlast yeasterday on checking it I saw that SHAF haha i was so happy.

also GOLF took too long for me.

So,I guess lenngendary items were comparatively easier to get than extraordinay items lol

Congratulations to all of you on your completed sets (or nearly-completed sets) of l & e items!!
It feels really good to them all, doesn't it?
I have just about given up on my quest for 4 complete sets. My luck has turned bad again after my run of incredibly good luck after finally getting my first RoLS. I can't get a 3rd RoL or ElyR, much less a 4th. I have 4 each of the other 4 items, however, with extra ChaR's. That was great fun while it lasted. I have just started level 99, and when I reach 100 I am going to quit trying for my 4 sets, and mainly wait for the update. It sounds like it is getting close, now.

I really wish all of you grinding for these items a run of good luck like mine--it is really fun, especially after taking 40,000 kill-equivalents to get that first RoLS. Need to update my signature, if I can ever get caught up on the forums.

I've been grinding through the gargoyle caves looking for my first RoLS for weeks now. I arrived with a Magic Finder skill of 1. While grinding, I've leveled up several times and put my skill points to more Magic Finder skill. My Magic Finder skill is 3 now.

I've got 2422 Small rocks and 989 Polished gems. Those items are about the average to find a RoLS at base (0) Magic Finder, right?

Back to the grind...

Got my first ROLS ar 450 rocks and the second 2610 more... With magic find at 2 I guess thats ok. But I cant see that the rings stack when regenerating life. It doesnt matter whether I wear 1 or 2.
