Maybe you can just copy and edit the existing html. Better ask the person who created it for permissions if it is not stated as open source. He could also give you the scripts he used to create the html. I can give you hints on how to parse the game sources. If you want to start with something simple like an equipment list without the locations where it can be found then it takes only a few hours.
