I don't know if there will be a prevent-clumsiness item,

If there is, there will need to be a "prevent BW misery" item as well.

That would make BW builds way to overpowered.

True. Probably also true of Feline build.

The game is all about choices and tradeoffs. So I probably should have just said no there won't be such an item, but technically that not my place to say.

It's an open source game built by a team, so it's technically not anyone's place to say. But you would have to drag me kicking and screaming down that path
