In Charwood mine there are two rooms you do not need to visit to complete any quest. On the first level, there is one on the left. On the second level, there is one on the right.
Edit:
There is also a basement in the "rat poison settlement" (I don't know what else to call it), and IIRC you don't need to go down there for anything. Are you sure you went there?

Did you complete the "Five idols" quest, or "What is that stench?. If you didn't do the Five idols than maybe you didn't need to go into the basement at Algangror's house?

OK, a few more possibilities.
1) The wolf cave to the south of Fallhaven. If you missed it completely you would be missing more than one area, but it would be possible to give up on it early in the game, and then forget to go back and finish it.

2) The basement in the guardhouse in Loneford.

3) In BWM settlement, on the second level there's an exit to the south hat leads to a crypt

I also had only 376 places, but I just found the 377th :D. In Crossglen one house has a cellar (the farmhouse directly south of home). I can't believe I missed that for the entire game, when it was only a few steps from the starting point!
And a letter saying to meet at Lodar's place - obviously not needed to complete any existing quest, but maybe a big problem in the future of I had not found it!
Maybe that is why the husband ran away (or is hiding)... maybe he has a lil addiction problem with illegal potions..

Maybe Andor has the addiction problem, and the husband is hiding because he knows that if Leta finds out he was selling illegal potions to a local kid that has now run away from home she'll turn him in to Feygard. We know Andor has been spotted at Lowyna's place too. I hope he's not now hooked on that sweet sweet rat poison! Mikhail will be really upset if I bring back a brother that drools all over the dining table during dinner

Not my brother Andor!!! He would never touch the stuff! ...I hope...

Who knows what to believe anymore? I've heard so many strange rumors about my brother lately.

Still haven't found my missing place. I've been all over the map. Even gained a level while searching.
