RSS Feeds

Is phpBB capable of producing RSS feeds? If not, could it be extended to so so? (I realise that I'm probably volunteering myself by making the suggestion).

I'd love to subscribe to my own user-specific feed of 'unread posts' and switch off the email notifications.

---Edit---
Just thought of another question, also directed at Scott
Can you get an SSL cert for andorstrail.com and serve on HTTPS:// ?? Am just thinking that we also login with our passwords - and at the moment, these are being sent in clear-text across the webs. A little security would be muchly appreciated. If you're willing to do the config to handle it, I'd be willing to put up the $$ for the first year to the SSL (which can be bought for $150 from Thawte).

I am fairly sure RSS is something we could do. I will need to check into it.

Thanks for the offer, you have a PM about the SSL stuff.

Regards,
Scott

Thanks for your reply Scott

Also, I've been poking around a bit. Seems phpBB 3.0.6 has a basic Atom feed feature. Otherwise, Samatfeed seems to bee the add-on of choice for RSS.

Little bit OT, but if you want to have a SSL certificate for andorstrail.com, you can have it free from http://www.startssl.com/?app=1

It is trusted authority, so you will not have security warning in browsers and I tried it for some web pages and so far it worked fine.
